South African celebrity chef, Reuben Riffel, serves deceptively simple, wholesome bistro fare, with fresh flavours, generous portions and beautifully plated dishes. The restaurant has a sophisticated but unfussy, brasserie feel and the food provides an exciting combination of local flavours you would expect from one of South Africa’s most loved chefs. Located on the mezzanine level and overlooking the restaurant, Reuben’s Tasting Table is available for private dining and functions for up to 12 guests.
Offering a taste of South Africa, Chef de cuisine Victoria Stott offers the Vicky’s Tasting Menu, available with Pairings. World-class master chef Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa expands his eponymous empire with his first restaurant in Africa. His innovative blend of classically styled Japanese cuisine incorporates South African seafood and indigenous spices. The upper level Nobu Lounge features a selection of Sakes, plum wines, Japanese beers and Sake and Shochu based cocktails.
