A magnificent tri-level wall of glass and steel commands the entrance to the impressive Wine Loft. The moment guests step inside, the complex aromas combined with the depth of flavours take you on a tantalising journey of the Cape Winelands.
When creating the list, emphasis was placed on terroir and regional styles. One&Only Cape Town features one of the most balanced and diverse wine collections on the continent with over 5,000 bottles and up to 500 references.
Oenophiles can delight in prestigious vintages as well as discover up-and-coming South African boutique wines. The mezzanine tasting room offers an exceptional introduction to the region's vineyards, including rare South African wines such as Warwick Trilogy, Meerlust Rubicon and Kanonkop Paul Sauer. The cellar also offers rare and sought after vintages from producers such as Meerlust, Vergelegen, Kanonkop, Warwick, Thelema and Eben Sadies Columella and Palladius.

and his team at his restaurant at the Resort have invited some of South Africa’s finest wine estates and winemakers to join them for a series of monthly gourmet extravaganzas throughout the year. A plethora of 5 Star-rated wine farms, including some of the best-known names in the business, will be joining sommelier Luvo Ntezo
and Reuben as they taste, sip and savour the perfect food and wine-matches ready for their guests to enjoy. The results of their endeavours will then be served as a deluxe 5-course dinner to lucky diners at a regular event on the last Wednesday of the month.
