One&Only Cape Town is looking for Demi Chef de Partie to join the successful world renowned Nobu Culinary team.

Education/ Experience/ Competencies:

• Matric
• Formal Diploma or certificate in Professional cookery / culinary arts needed.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a related field in a five star environment.

Main Purpose of the Job:

• To assist in the preparation of all dishes according to the required standards as directed by the Head Chef.
• Work within the health & safety requirements, maintaining strict hygiene standards.
• The successful candidate should have an exceptional eye for detail and work well within a team operation and maintain an orderly work area.
• An ability to deal with stress, goal orientated & highly disciplined.
• Personal hygiene is also important.
