One&Only Cape Town is looking for both a Chef de Partie and as well as a Demi Chef de Partie to join the successful Culinary team.

Education/ Experience/ Competencies:

• Matric
• Formal Diploma or certificate in Professional cookery / culinary arts needed;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a related field in a five star environment.
