Reuben’s Restaurant Manager
One&Only Cape Town is looking for a guest focused Restaurant Manager with minimum 3 years managerial experience and consistent five star hotel/resort exposure for the award winning Reuben’s Restaurant.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will manage the effective operation of the restaurant to ensure that the guest experience and service is at its optimum. You will be responsible for maximizing all revenue opportunities through effective service, teamwork, and development, serving each guest with passion by using the highly acclaimed, tried and tested One&Only standards and maintaining superior levels of courtesy, service and cleanliness in the restaurant area. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team and delighting your guests. You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy. You will also be responsible for managing any Employee Relations issues with the support of the Human Resources Department. You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of One&Only standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
